Wendy-Marie Martin earned her M.F.A. Playwriting from Hollins Playwright’s Lab at Hollins University and holds a B.F.A. in Acting as well. She has performed, written, taught and directed theater in the U.S. and Europe for almost twenty years. Her work has been produced in Germany, The Netherlands, Australia, and across the United States as well. Wendy-Marie helped launch Central Coast No Shame in 2010 and is the created & Executive Producer of The Red Eye 10s Play Festival, a international festival featuring original work for young audiences. Coming March 2017, she will be co-producing the San Francisco Stage & Film site for the inaugural The Future is Female Festival. Wendy-Marie currently teaches Theatre History for the Pacific Conservatory Theatre at Allan Hancock College and is a member of the Dramatists Guild, TCG and The Playwrights’ Center.
