Wendy-Marie Martin earned her M.F.A. Playwriting from the Playwright’s Lab at Hollins University and holds a B.F.A. in Acting as well. She has performed, written, taught and directed theater in the U.S. and Europe for almost twenty years. Her work has been produced in Germany, The Netherlands, Australia, and across the United States as well. Wendy-Marie helped launch Central Coast No Shame in 2010 and co-produced the San Francisco Stage & Film site for the inaugural The Future is Female Festival in 2017. Wendy-Marie currently teaches Theatre History for the Pacific Conservatory Theatre at Allan Hancock College and is a member of the Dramatists Guild, Literary Managers & Dramaturgs of the Americas, International Centre for Women Playwrights, TCG, ATHE, and The Playwrights’ Center.
